CJ Paquin

I am a registered psychotherapist with a masters degree in counselling psychology. I am certified in addictions counselling as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Solutions focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I have worked for over 10 years as a mental health and addictions therapist, and have worked with both adolescents and adults.
Over the years I have ran many psycho-educational workshops on a variety of mental health conditions as education is one of my passions.
